Step One: Read the specific advice below
Ronnie, normally we recruit senior level people but I’m using this advert to illustrate a point. If the goal of your job advert is to attract the right people, you are less likely to do that with a list of responsibilities and requirements. I would like you to think about the real benefits of the job to the candidate. The best performing candidates, at all levels, are asking what’s in it for them that is better than their last or current job. The highest performers in any job want to see how their work is going to impact themselves and the business in equal measure. You can try this by writing out your view of the main benefits of working at Bells.
For example, assume this person was working with you directly:
“Working with Ronnie Miles, our Managing Director, you’ll learn skills that can’t be taught on a course. You’ll learn skills that can only be taught by practical application and years of experience”
Step Two: Reserve a free 25-minute strategy session to discuss how we can help you further
