Whilst I understand that this career page is for all the brands across the Unitech business, there are some simple changes that will make a positive difference. Firstly, each brand should have its own career page if each brand has a distinct workplace culture. If the Unitech business has a similar culture across each brand then one career page will work well.
Secondly, a career page which talks about your business and has no clear and obvious benefits to a potential candidate might make it harder to attract high performers. High performers want to see how their work is going to impact themselves and the business in equal measure. Start by writing out what you think are the main benefits of working at ScoMac, and make it specific to you. Or, survey your staff and ask them what they think is the biggest benefit of working in the business.
For example, as a headline on your career page:
“From Stephen Shepherd, Operations Director: We surveyed our employees, and they said the biggest benefit to working at ScoMac was the culture of continuous learning. They felt it kept them interested and challenged.”
